WHY 528 Hz?

A prolonged illness in early adulthood - later diagnosed as Lyme disease - led me to explore a wide range of healing modalities, from conventional medicine to somatic practices, sound work, meditation, shamanism, and energy healing.

When I first started hearing the beneficial claims about 528 Hz, I didn’t dismiss them. But I didn’t accept them either. I’m a musician and music producer, so I decided to try them.

WHAT IS 528 Hz?

528 Hz, often called the “love frequency” or “frequency of transformation,” is part of the Solfeggio tonal scale and is widely used in meditation and sound-based wellness practices. Supporters associate it with a range of potential mind-body benefits, some supported by early research and others still exploratory. 

What follows isn’t a promise.
It’s an exploration.

ENTRAINMENT REQUIRES CONSISTENCY, NOT VOLUME.

The compositions are tuned to A = 444 Hz, placing C at 528 Hz. I write almost exclusively in the key of C. The frequency is present structurally, not performatively.

I've also added pure 528 Hz tone that playes in the background, just below conscious perception. Not to draw attention. To reinforce consistency. Something the system can synchronize with quietly, if it chooses to.
