Singer-Songwriter | Digital Artist | Music Producer | Keynote Speaker | Author
Bryan is a seasoned performer and natural communicator with a background in music, advertising technology, tech support, public relations, sales & marketing, music production, and digital content creation. He pivoted to becoming a student of AI in 2018 when it became obvious that making a living as a digital artist and songwriter was about to become more challenging... He now shares his knowledge with others and is a passionate advocate of the thoughtful implementation of AI.
In his own words:
"Classically trained with over 40 years of playing the piano literally almost every day, the old adage 'I do not play music because I am happy; I am happy because I play music' shines true for me. For most of my life, I've turned to the piano and guitar as some do to a diary.
I started playing the piano in a classy restaurant every Friday and Saturday night when I was 12 years old. It was my first gig, and it set a foundation for me to attend The Etobicoke School of the Arts for grades 11-13, and later study at the Harris Institute to learn the business end of the music industry.
I was fortunate to grow a successful career as an entertainment publicist, music manager, and concert promoter for over ten years in Toronto. After a 3-year bout with Lyme Disease where I was unable to work full-time, I pivoted into online marketing & advertising technology and worked with a successful startup in Canada until after we were acquired.
The silver lining from Lyme Disease was that it caused me to shift focus back to my own music, and I've since been able to build a growing career as a songwriter and digital artist. I've always been fascinated by science and while I was undergoing various treatments for Lyme I was able to experiment with some of my knowledge of frequencies and sound healing. I experienced first-hand how gentle, non-invasive, and effective healing with sound frequencies can be. I'm passionate about the incredible science of music and how we can use music and sound with intention to affect change.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER & WORKSHOP FACILITATOR: I also teach people about how they can leverage AI to work less and get more done. I also enjoy talking to people about the science of music and WHY music and sound can have a huge impact on productivity, health, and well-being."
